Swift said in the
interview that she loved making buckwheat crepes with ham, Parmesan cheese, and
a fried egg on top, noting that it served as her preferred breakfast choice.
She further stated that
she drinks orange juice with breakfast every morning.
This is a high-protein
breakfast, with complex carbohydrates and many essential vitamins and minerals.

weekends, she indulges in spiced pumpkin lattes. She said that she would never
eliminate what she loved, specifically Starbucks.
Go-to Dishes
When asked about her go-to
recipes that she makes when a friend or a family member visits her, she replied
that sometimes she made chicken & dumplings, especially when she is in
Nashville, Tennessee, the city where she began her career in music, while at
times, she made pasta with lemon-Parmesan sauce and pine nuts.
Snacks
For snacking, she always
has some cinnamon rolls and cookie dough in the refrigerator to satisfy her
food craving when she feels hungry between meals.
Water
She stays well-hydrated
all the time. She keeps water with herself everywhere, even in the studio and
dressing room as well.
Swift’s daily water consumption
is 10 bottles. That’s ample water.
Water is very important
